Currently, one of my family members frequently sees a lot of conflicting nutrition and medical info on the internet with various influencers, so it can be hard for them to decipher what’s true or not. Are there any channels with easy to understand shorts, that also meet the general scientific consensus?

Honestly, if you want to start researching, Doctors Eric Berg and Ken Berry will have some good information on what causes what based upon nutrient, vitamin, or other deficiencies in your body, Dr. Berg especially. Research those to fact-check, as they usually have some fantastic evidence to back them up (in my opinion).

Keep in mind that Dr. Berg maintains a specific form of ketogenic, while Dr. Berry is a carnivore (meaning you don’t eat any plants at all, but animal fat, meat, butter, and milk).

I personally think (in my unprofessional opinion) that it’s likely a carbohydrate abundance, if your family member has any health issues, and that needs to go down significantly. I’ve always advocated for a low-carb diet anyway, as it’s the reason why our brains are so big.
