You keep talking to me like I’m defending communism. We’re not talking about that. I am not a communist.

I’m convinced that you didn’t read the article past maybe the first paragraph if you truly believe that the Athens police are responsible for the massacre. But sure buddy, whatever you need to tell yourself.

You are a bootlicker, plain and simple. Don’t care that its ad hominem. You clearly are incapable of criticizing someone with a such a dirty past as Winston Churchill, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why. You don’t have to fucking forsake your homeland or become a goddamn communist to say “yeah, maybe he shouldn’t have done that”.

But no, you’re just a gross human being.

You don’t understand anything about geopolitics or history. You present an opinion piece from the guardian as some proof of something

You have a lot to learn.

It’s kind of disrespectful that you’re not only being incredibly patronizing, but you clearly have not even read the article.

Lol “I found a rebuttal, thank God, so that means I can safely ignore everything in the article!”

Maybe they’re not siding with the British story of events, but the anti communist story of events.

After all, that’s the most important thing here as you yourself have shown.

If doesn’t fucking change the fact that you bent over backwards to defend Churchill before even reading the criticism.

Then, instead of doing any kind of valuable introspection, you searched for anything from anyone else who might say something that contradicts it .

You don’t post those contradictions, but you make sure to tell people that you found SEVEN and that means you win!

Maybe you should read something other than one article to understand the situation?

Greece was a conquered country. They were told to disarm, they didn’t, understandably, so they got a few strafings from the air, understandably.

Your position is ridiculous. You are criticising one of the few countries that bankrupted itself defeating fascism. Grow the fuck up

Again, lol, from your source. Try reading it yourself!

Then last month, a leading historian quoted in the piece, André Gerolymatos, held a conference in British Columbia on the issue, inviting one of the co-authors of the piece and some of the academics who had protested to the paper. When it was over, he sent me his analysis, based, he said, on British and American archival sources as well as memoirs and secondary accounts.

He wrote: “Did the British open fire on the demonstrators on 3 December 1944? The answer is no

I’m honestly not sure if you’re just incapable of reading, but that’s not what I posted. It’s not even the same URL you fucking dolt.

YOU are posting an opinion piece that was written in response to the well researched article written by Ed Vulliamy and Helena Smith.

They put a link the the opinion response piece you’re referring to in that article out of journalistic integrity.

So either you’re purposely attempting to conflate the two articles and make the well researched, historically accurate article that I posted out to be some bullshit opinion piece, or you literally cannot read.

So please, I beg of you. READ THE ARTICLE THAT I POSTED YOU FUCKING COWARD.

JFC🙂‍↕️🤦‍♂️. Get a grip mate. You had a day to think about this. Your article is not a piece of peer reviewed history. It was rebutted by greek historians, why would they support a British pov? Are you actually retarded?
