It sounds like you don’t really believe “your body your choice” if you’re telling them what to do.

Eventually, you’re making a new body (completely avoidable situation too!) that you’re disposing off like the result of a greasy kebab. If you don’t think this is heartless and irresponsible at the very least, then what do you think is?

An embryo isn’t a body any more than the yolk in a egg is a chicken. It’s called an abortion cause you are aborting the process of that embryo turning into a baby, and if you wanna label that as murder, then I guess I support murder. Sanctimonious assholes like you wouldn’t lift a finger to help these unwanted kids after they are born, they are better of never living in this shit hole cruel world

A kebob is made from a grown creature with more capacity for suffering than a recently conceived fetus. So if you’re willing to waste a kebab, I don’t see the problem with a voluntary abortion.

There’s no more meaning to our life than a bacterias, we are only special to ourselves, a higher life form could consider us as nothing but bacteria from their perspective.

How do you know bacteria isn’t searching for meaning, the problem with human centered thinking is that we can only define consciousness in terms of our own, cause that’s all we know and understand, doesn’t mean ours is the only way.

I kill probably thousands of insects per day. An animal dies for roughly half of the meals I eat. The pollution from my car contributes to massive population decline among all animals near me, and slowly worsens the environment across the world. Every time I perform a single Google search, the AI engine wastes a non-neglibile amount of power that was more-than-likely generated via dirty means. Virtually every product I buy contributes to the plastic pollution in our oceans and our bodies.

Almost all of those situations are also avoidable. Are you also raging against these people for choosing actions that support the destruction of billions of billions of small animals and insects?

I’m not going to be convinced to be against removing a parasite from my body. That’s insane.

Rationalise it however you want. But you know you can’t equate these things, and as long as you’re not completely lost this will always be a thorn on your side. The mature human accepts the moral dimension of abortion, and whatever decisions and judgements they make/have made have to be seen through this lens as well (and not just amorally self-serving ‘practicality’).

Lol, no, sorry, get the fuck out of here with your moral absolutionist bullshit.

Removing an unthinking, unfeeling bundle of cells from my body so that it doesn’t destroy me is 100% morally and ethically fine - there is literally no issue whatsoever. It is actually no different than a man ejaculating into a sock - it is a potential life that is not yet real, and does not hold ownership of my body.

You know why I specifically mention condoms? Because it’s usually worn by men; if a guy doesn’t respect himself enough to wear one, unprompted, he’s not worth it.

        Safe sex and all that.

My body, my choice actually applies to both parties in a sexual encounter.

Abortions are apart of it sexually for me though. That and the ritualistic satanic blood sacrifice afterwards.
