    I always thought Charlie Brown wasn’t intended to be bald so much as to be a pale white boy with a blond crewcut, like the kids from this old film, featured on the original 1981 Pee Wee Herman HBO special.

        Boomers and early X a little buzzed and getting off on their first serious dose of ironic nostalgia, though the laughs were probably sweetened and recycled by the HBO crew.
