But that’s not an externality – these people know the risks, they can ask for higher pay, or choose to wear their PPE properly. The deaths from fossil fuels are mostly externalities.

A lot of people fall off roofs during solar installation. But that’s not an externality – these people know the risks, they can ask for higher pay, or choose to wear their PPE properly. The deaths from fossil fuels are mostly externalities.
Of course it’s an externality! They for sure ain’t installing those panels on the inside of the house. Then it would be an internality. Heh.
