Schwann’s is (was?) a frozen food delivery service. They’d have a big ass freezer truck that they’d drive through the neighborhood making deliveries, and you would get a big catalogue of options to choose from. It was essentially a curated frozen foods section of the supermarket on wheels, and they had some really good stuff.
No idea if they are still around, I certainly don’t see the trucks anymore.

the company exists just as a frozen foods company, but is now owned by a south korean conglomerate. when schwans was sold to cj in 2019, the home delivery business was spun-off and still owned by the family. it later went out of business, not long after an absolutely horrible rebrand.
I once got hired under the table to help unload a Schwann’s freezer trailer one night and was compensated with a cooler full of product of my own choosing at cost. The markup on the items was insane, my household ate for weeks off that.
