How come cops who are trained in guns shoot to kill all the time? Even people who have no gun. Why not go in with your hand on the taser, and ready just in case to shoot someone in the leg?

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
