After all what is a digital file if not a bunch of writing that instructs the computer to draw pixels on your screen.
A digital file is just a number, potentially a very big number, but that’s all it is.

It’s 5G either way
Everybody thinks advertising doesn’t work on them.
Most advertising isn’t trying to convince you to buy product X that’s being advertised. It’s trying to get you to think about the brand itself. They’re saying “Buy this fridge from Brand A” but they’re not actually trying to sell you a fridge, what they really want is for you to think of Brand A the next time you’re looking for a new appliance or some other product they sell.

IAM - L’École du Micro d’Argent
A fantastic French Rap album, including a feature from Wu Tang

It legitimately earned all those awards. Obviously it won’t be liked by everyone, but I think it was a clear winner for just about every award it was nominated for.
It’s a fantastic original game that has had a ton of care and love put into it, and it shows.

Including such classics as
Transmorphers
Age of the Hobbits
Snakes on a Train
The DaVinci Treasure
And many more

People have built fully functional processors out of redstone. Stuff CAN run on it, just not at a usable speed.

Consumers are not the problem. Advertising and marketing are VERY effective at convincing people to do things that go against their own interests. You can try your best to be sceptical of everything, but someone’s gonna convince you to spend money where you don’t really want to.

Most Americans don’t own a passport in the first place.
Also 10 years experience and a master’s degree.

Of course it should be treated very seriously. It won’t, but it should. The government threatening the people is literally what the 2nd amendment is about.
War crimes only apply to war. For example, the use of chemical weapons is a war crime, but their use against your own population is apparently fine and dandy.

The issue is not whether people are willing to do it, but whether they should be allowed to.
I can’t think of any situation where disallowing people from repairing their own property makes any sense. The only ones it makes sense to are the ones who profit from it.
Having been unofficial IT guy in a few places, when I contact any type of tech support, I give them a list of steps I’ve taken to try and solve the issue, which usually includes rebooting as a first or second step.
Half the time? The archive on their site has notes for which ones are SFW instead of the other way around.

You could just have a UI that runs you through all the questions and prompts from Windows and then reboots and installs a new OS without any other interaction.
You could even have it ask which files/folders the user wants to transfer over so they don’t lose everything.

But imagine if he did!
The audacity of some people.
