Everybody getting mad at OP, but I find the post reasonably accurate. Lived here all my life except a few years in Colorado around 1982-85 or so. I’ve lived in most of the circled states. These people are Trump lovers and Christians… for the most part. I raised a mid-sized family here and we’re all atheist Trump haters (that vote!), so I am more than aware #NotAllSoutherners!

But I was referring to what’s in their heart, not how polite they are when I was referring to “the worst people”. It shows up when we vote.

Oh, I know why it’s so bad down here. I was just sort of wondering why places like Italy and Germany (and some others too, I forget tho) also have folks that are more rightwing, poorer, and less educated than those up north.

It’s European culture, too. Idk a whole lot about any of the countries in Europe, but I do know Chega came from nowhere in Portugal to become the #2 party in something like 5 years and England Brexited itself out of the EU, both of them with this same nonsense. And those ain’t the only European countries it’s happening in. It’s everywhere.

Although I don’t know how much is culture and how much is cash. Billionaires are funding all kinds of heinous shit across the planet.

My husband built me a gaming computer and wanted to install the OS. Told him he probably wouldn’t be able to as I had picked out an arch based distro. I’d never installed arch myself. He’d never installed any linux. He had no problem putting dragonized garuda on there. It’s been nearly 3 years now and I still haven’t changed the theme tho.

Edited to add: I ain’t got any nvidia anything in that PC, so can’t speak to that.

It’s one thing to say many men are easy, it’s a whole ass other thing to say any woman could have 5 lovers alongside their husband and get him and 4 of her boytoys to do crimes. She’s damn sure got something. My husband would draw the line well before 5!
