No. Manufacturers have no say in what happens to computer hardware after is sold.

Some companies may destroy the hard drives to make sure no data gets out. Some companies will remove the memory as well.

I’ve worked in IT. I know most users are idiots.

A real banger

I was getting my haircut and FOX was on the TV when I found out he died from the shooting. Barbershop is Vietnamese owned and the barber was busy on his phone when I get there. I’ve been there many times without FOX on the TV and hope they just put a random news channel on.

Fox was showing the reaction from various congress-critters and they got to AOC. AOC’s message was this another example of we we need some gun control in a much better way than I am relaying. When FOX went back to the host he immediately said she was wrong. HIPAA laws should be relaxed so problematic people could be found before they commit crimes.

I’m over 50 years old and 40 years ago lesbians and gays were considered weird by most. One of my best friend’s older brother was gay when I was a teen. I remember casually mentioning it to my parents. My father got very serious and told me to be careful around him. I quickly shot back there was nothing to worry about. He had three crazy, straight brothers that loved him. Our friend group knew him and he had never been a problem.

Back then you were either cis or an outcast by many.

I considered myself straight until about 15 years ago. Then I started looking at transfem porn. I now know I’m non-binary.

Living in a large metro area I can throw nearly anything in the free section of Craigslist and someone will grab it. Old incandescent light bulbs, exterior door locks with matching keys, and a shower head i didn’t like.

If it is metal and no one wants it I can take to a recycling place.
