  • They only advice I can give you is there is no trick or fix. You are going to fail and that is okay. You have to think of it like a muscle. You don’t start with 600 lbs weights. You start at like a 6 lbs weights and work your muscles up.

Building focus is the same way create very small goals maybe it’s write one paragraph of your resume then stop. You built up your motivation muscle just a little bit. Then when that becomes a habit add more goals and maybe bigger goals as you go along.

The biggest issue I find is people make goals around results and sometimes those results are not in your control. So people think they failed their goal and got discouraged but framing your goals about what you are doing keeps you going. As you celebrate the accomplishment of the journey of doing not achieving as that is just a byproduct of what you are doing.

  • Kinda it’s kind of like you have this fear and your mind is racing with what if’s. By letting it yourself accept that your anxious and that’s okay lets your limbic system run through the fear hormones. You’ve already generated but doesn’t create more. It takes a little bit of time for that feeling to go away. So try not too go down the spiral of its not working i must be doing it wrong. It’s kinda like giving yourself a hug and the anxiety washes away.

  • had ones done with a local only was not that bad just be careful with that you eat as you don’t feel it as much if something is stuck downstairs there like a seed or chip. years later had something stuck didn’t know it and snapped the screw and lost the tooth without ever feeling it. bended up having to have the tooth pulled and getting a implant for way more money.

Even had the tooth pulled with only a local was not that bad my jaw hurt from holding my mouth open than the tooth than the tooth itself

  • I know this is not everyone and there’re some unicorns out there but after working with hiring managers for decades i can’t help but see cheap programmers when I see Devops. It’s ether Ops people that think they are programmers or programmers that are not good enough to get hired as Software Engineers outright at higher pay. It’s like when one person is both they can do both but not great at ether one. Devops works best when it’s a team of both dev and Ops working together. IMO
