Thats awful, im so sorry. Our entire house is usually $200ish but it jumped to $400ish because they put in a data center nearby and are using residents to subsidize it

Neat, are they available in the US and as affordable as tidal?
Wtf?? Are you running a crypto farm or something?? $900 is insane
Finally an answer to “who shit my pants?” It was the pants shitter that i hired
There are two types of people in the world. The type of people who try to divide the world into different types of people; and the type of people who don’t.

I like tidal a lot. They pay their artists the highest percentage last i checked, and they have sound quality as their main selling point. The station algorithm is a little bunk though.
I am slowly rebuilding my mp3 library after switching to streaming 15 years ago when it was the hot new thing. Hopefully i can ditch them all together soon.
Yeah…my union job has contracted yearly raises that almost always beat out inflation. Have technically taken a pay cut the last two years
Ive been trying really hard to get out. It is expensive and my family wont play ball (we could get citizenship from past relations, but it is time sensitive), so i probably have to do it the long way.
Inflation is at 9% this year last i checked (US)
It wasn’t live. They use the same footage at every concert.
My eyes dont work together so i dont actually see depth. I can kind of assume depth with paralax and shadows, but i didnt realize until i was in my 20s that people saw stuff like a 3d movie. For some reason (best i can come up with is the exaggerated differences) i can see 3d in vr headsets (stereoscopes) and red/blue 3d. When real-d came out, i was very confused because it just doesnt look 3d to me at all. Edit: Magic Eye doesnt work for me even a little. My brother can do it and i have tried to the point of tears, with tutorials and everything.
Funny, i have a really hard time with maps unless they are oriented with north up. The modern gps orientation drives me crazy
I loved XP, but i havent used it since i was like 13. I kept it well into the vista era. That pc finally died right before windows 8. That one pissed me off. It was so clearly meant for tablets and still being crammed into non-touch screens
I was raised in the xp/windows 7 era. I switched to Arch Linux this year and have never been more satisfied with my computer. If i get stuck, the wiki and other nerds are happy to come to the rescue.
I had mine on paper for years before i learned about Keepass. I trusted it more than a cloud based manager because someone would have to physically be in my room.
I am a lot more careful these days but that is not beyond the pale for a lot of folks haha
Sometimes i turn off hardcore mode when i get overwhelmed. I def agree in principle though
I have been daily driving fossify after testing it on my project phone and its pretty solid. The launcher still has some bugs that are deal breakers for me but i like the others quite a bit. Even the ones still in beta do exactly as advertised (though not much else)

Eh, im on call and barely get enough hours to make rent. But gauranteed breaks and stuff is cool
