Am I the only one who thinks that

You absolutely deserve connection with others, we all do. There’s an expectation that you and I have that really hurts us and makes that hard to accept though. I wish I had more concrete or resonating advice to give. Honestly it was a lot of therapy and work just to get to where I am.

The best I’ve got is to be more selfish and be okay with the idea that people and relationships are temporary. When a relationship feels like an event and not a forgone conclusion it doesn’t hurt as bad when it ends. It also helped me with grounding myself and reinforcing that my emotions are not always mirrored and are not factual.
Right? That is not my preferred skill set and I don’t enjoy those things. I like understanding and designing patterns. I like feeling connected to the code and problems I’m solving, and I like feeling clever when I come up with solutions.
AI takes all of that away. It’s got more data than I can ever cram in my skull, more energy than I’ll ever have available to me, and it’s being forced on us at every corner so it has access to things I’ll never see.
Honestly I would be okay with LLMs if they weren’t killing our planet and robbing us of our humanity and creativity.

I use Tuta for email but damn if the Tuta calendar app isn’t god awful. I don’t know if they improved it (this was like 6 months ago) but I couldn’t duplicate events and I would both get phantom notifications for old deleted events and I wouldn’t get notifications for updated events.

If other people weren’t so close minded and dangerous towards trans folks it wouldn’t matter. As of right now it’s “hide the best we can” because the alternative is cis people harassing or assaulting us.
What “beliefs” do I have by virtue of being trans, and in what way do they need to be critiqued? This “question” is vague in a very “what can I get away with saying?” kind of way.
I personally think the beta version is better than the alpha version. The beta addresses a lot of bugs and terrible design decisions and fleshes out the male personality more. Honestly looking forward to the release version of males, but I’m getting strong Duke Nukem vibes and I’m not sure they’ll ever actually finish it.
