bring them to work? or to people you like? better yet look up your local food pantry and donate em.

welding aluminum requires TIG. It’s harder and more specialized.
welding mild steel body panels are simple with equipment any body shop will have.
for what its worth, yellowcake was my knee-jerk reaction as well…

I talked to some folks who worked at Laika a while back at a party. They loved working there. This was some years ago, and my memory is a bit beer soaked, but they seemed happy and proud of what they did.

its hyperbole for clicks. the guy recognizes Aardman in the video and basically just says they are not doing well financially which seems true. https://www.business-live.co.uk/enterprise/aardman-animations-faces-financial-woes-32724904
I am well aware of the regional differences in Mexican food (why I used Jalisco as an example).
shit, California was a part of mexico for a a few decades and we definitely have some local variants (CA Burrito is so good)
its about expectations. I grew up in California and have some specific expectations about Mexican food. they are different than if I was raised in Jalisco. I went to a “Mexican” restaurant in Budapest and their interpretation of Mexican food is VERRY different.

the parental control thing is a thin smokescreen. Its about control.
The reality is our OSs and the websites we visit know exactly who we are. They know our blood type, they know if you are pregnant before you do. Why would they need your ID?

Colorado also has a bill and there is one in the works at the federal level. But yes, its bullshit.

Let’s break this down and look at it a different way.
If my hobby were shooting guns and I were to set up a shooting range in my garage and I killed a neighbor, am I responsible?
If my hobby were fireworks and I was making them in my kitchen and burned down my apartment building killing 3 people, am I to blame?
The driver is engaging in a dangerous hobby in a reckless manner. We all know racing is dangerous because people die even in controlled conditions. We know he is being reckless because he is not racing in a place designed for it. When you put others in harms way based on your own stupidity, you face consequences.
I’ve been given some equipment that recorded my breathing and heartrate (little tubes near my mouth and nose, chest strap). just check em out and return them the next day.

I’m in a similar boat. Over an hour commute, younger kids with afterschool activities 4 days a week. A wife has a full-time job, luckily, she finally finished her master’ so we reclaimed Saturdays and I’m not running the taxi service solo.
Shit is exhausting, but I am glad our daughters got to see their mom a accomplished something so huge, and I’m proud to have supported her along the way.
I seem to remember wedge was basically an inclined plane, and a screw was an inclined plane wrapped around an axle. Also a pulley is a specific application of wheel and axle.
My favorite take on the subject Internet Comment Etiquette: “The Mandela Effect”

gotcha. What about assets? Im not an accounting person, but we routinely buy tooling for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Raw materials have costs/value associated with them. How would that figure in?

this is interesting to me. can you show your work? Id be interested in going through the thought experiment as well.
