You are correct, and to expand upon that, it also shows they learned from their mistake and are trying to make good on that implied promise 🤞

To me it makes sense. Windows is finicky to begin with. And through the lens of Valve and SteamOS, Windows is basically 3rd party, and many software companies don’t support 3rd party “add-ons”.

To be fair, I have found some really cool products on Amazon, but then there is no website for the company and it’s all through Amazon exclusively. I tend to avoid those “shops” no matter how cool it is. Thankfully there aren’t many like that. I think I ran across only 3 so far.
