Holy shit! I take it these lawyers have never seen the Nintendo store. Talk about insane pricing. $60-$70 for a game that was ported from a previous generation console with absolutely zero changes?
$10-$20 for a Switch 2 upgrade to play the game made for the hardware that you purchased? At least Sony gives most of these upgrades for free.

Not sure that this is going to go well for the people suing. Like. The cost of games has been stagnant/hasn’t risen with inflation for so long that the new pricing (which to me subjectively is alegregious), isn’t really lawfully suspect?
