Well, lots of government run museums do that. I get that it is annoying, but the foreigners are also not paying the taxes that made these places exist in the first place.
So in the end it is more like a membership rebate 🤷
We need to conquer the world (again) to make sure people won’t be discriminated against. Also to" liberate" them from not adhering to human rights, freedom, democratic principles, Paris agreements, territorial sovereignty of nations, GDPR etc. We’ll do USA, RF and China.
