They sure took their sweet time didn't they. AMD have officially announced that FSR Upscaling 4.1 is officially coming to their older GPUs.

    A bit annoying that it’s going to be 2027 for RDNA 2 but better late than never. From what I understand the Z1 extreme is RDNA 3 so stuff like the rog Ally will have it sooner than the deck. Would be interesting to see testing for handheld performance after this update.

    Is this the same thing you get from using particular proton forks with the fsr upgrade environment variable but official?

    They’re what, a year late? Better than never I guess. Hopefully this means more FSR4 support across the board as this would benefit my RDNA 4 GPU.
